Qualified in Reflexology, Reflexology with Colour , Colour Therapy, and other healing modalities, I also trained and qualified at The Bach Centre, have used Flower Essences for over 45 years, both personally and professionally, and am an experienced practitioner in Complementary Therapy.
Previously I taught in the inner city of Leeds for 20 years. Since moving to the lovely Yorkshire Dales some years ago, more or less retired, and whilst enjoying living in the country, and being able to attune to the natural world more deeply, my focus has shifted to making essences – with some writing along side – my aspiration being to offer my contribution to a growing universal impulse – that of achieving our true potential in body, mind and spirit, and towards wholeness and the unity of all aspects of life.
